We are Ed & Emma Ford, the owners of Emma's Cakes. Together we bring over 25 years of cake baking and decorating experience to our store and customers. I, Emma, with my former career as bakery manager has prepared me well for the demands of owning my own business. My husband Ed, recently retired from his position of supervisor with the Hillsborough County School District after 31 years to handle the housekeeping and bookkeeping end of our business. We opened Emma's Cakes in 2007 as a place of one of a kind and finest quality specialty cakes, wedding cakes and pastries.
